Second AI Launches for Mars
September 29, 2084
Although we feel the Captain and his AI are in no mortal danger, we have modified a special rocket and launched one of the new Nanoganics Series 7 Robots named "Castor" to resolve any mission issues. The ship is small and carries our most advanced interstellar engines. Even so, it will be just under 5 weeks before he will reach Mars. We expect to hear back from Captain Vanus long before Castor arrives, but we've launched this backup plan to make sure we are planning for all scenarios.
