Total Africa Cup of Nations Cameroon 2019
Following a bidding process, the firm Roland Berger was selected to lead the audit of infrastructure and organization to host this competition. The firm has also been entrusted with the task of conducting an audit of the CAF Centres of Excellence in Cameroon, Senegal and Ethiopia.
FIFA World Cup Russia 2018
The Executive Committee set up a committee to map out a kind of support that CAF can provide to African representatives at the competition. The committee, expected to hold its first meeting on the sidelines of the draw for the FIFA World Cup next month, is composed as follows:

Presidents of Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal and Tunisia FA’s
At the request of the qualified teams, the Executive Committee approved the postponement of the second day matches of the Total AFCON 2019 qualifiers scheduled for March 2018, to allow the African representatives for Russia to take advantage of this FIFA period to prepare for the World Cup.
The CAF Secretariat will be responsible for proposing an amended schedule accordingly subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
CAF Women’s Football Symposium
It will take place in Marrakech, Morocco from 1-3 March 2018. The CAF President will oversee the organizing committee of this historic event.
Ordinary General Assembly 2018
Due to the urgency in the implementation of certain CAF bodies in compliance with the statutes adopted last July in Rabat, Morocco, it was decided to seek the approval of the Member Associations for the holding in exceptional conditions an Ordinary General Assembly on 2 February 2018 in Morocco. This General Assembly will among other things include the election of four additional members of the CAF Executive Committee in order to put an end to the plurality of mandates. The members of the judicial bodies will also be elected.
Aiteo CAF Awards 2017
The Executive Committee validated the voting procedures and confirmed the decision of the Emergency Committee in Lagos, designating Nigerian company, Aiteo, as title sponsor of the next CAF Awards. The Awards Gala will be held on 4 January 2018 in Accra, Ghana.
Meanwhile, the CAF Executive Committee decided to abolish the position of CAF Education Officers, which had been created within each Member Association; notably, on the grounds that the conditions that justified their creation is now non-existent.
