Following the postponement of the division three zonal  league as approved by the board of the Nationwide League One (NLO) recently, the Secretariat of the League will in no distance future officially announce the new date of the commencement of the zonal league.
This piece of news was made available to thenff.com by the Executive Secretary of the Nationwide League One (NLO), Mr. Olushola Ogunnowo.
Ogunnowo appreciated the understanding and patience of the stakeholders as the postponement was a blessing in disguise. The Nationwide League One, it will be recalled, recently unveiled the Proprietor of Glo NPFL side FC IfeanyiUbah, Chief Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah as its patron, just as it equally unveiled four former Super Eagles players, namely Daniel Amokachi, Victor Ikpeba, Garba Lawal and Patrick Pascal as Ambassadors of  the Nationwide League One, making the third tier of the NLO the toast of the moment and one of the most followed leagues after the Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL).
The Division Three zonal league will see thirty-seven teams representing each state of the federation and the FCT  fighting for the four available slots to gain promotion to the upper division of the NLO.
